How do I book a tour?
Choose an experience, pick a date and time with live availability, add your guests and hotel for pick-up, then pay securely by card. Your booking is confirmed instantly and the e-voucher is emailed to you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, paid in Egyptian pounds on Paymob's secure checkout with 3-D Secure.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Pick-up from your hotel is included on most trips in each destination we cover. The tour page shows what is included, and we confirm your pick-up time on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and change terms depend on the experience and are shown on each tour page before you pay. For changes, message us on WhatsApp or email xbooking@giro-tours.com with your booking reference.
Are the trips suitable for children?
Many are family-friendly. Age limits and requirements are shown on each tour page. If you are unsure, ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you offer private trips?
Yes. Several experiences can be booked privately, from a private boat to a private Turtle Bay day. We can also tailor a private plan for your group.
What should I bring?
Usually swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat and your passport or a copy. Each tour page has a "what to bring" list.
How do I get the free eSIM?
