Is hotel pick-up included in Hurghada?
Yes, from most hotels in Hurghada. Choose your hotel when you book; if it's outside the usual area we'll let you know before your trip.
Will we definitely see dolphins?
Dolphins are wild animals, so sightings can never be guaranteed — but they're very common at Sha'ab El Erg, and the reef snorkelling is beautiful either way.
Can I do an intro dive without a licence?
Yes. The intro dive is designed for complete beginners: a short briefing, then a shallow dive with an instructor holding your hand the whole time.
